Insurance, Payment & Financing Options

We believe that quality dental care should be easy to access and affordable for every patient. To support this, our office offers a variety of insurance, payment, financing, and membership options designed to fit different needs and budgets.

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept and file most major dental insurance plans, including Medicaid and Texas CHIP. We are also in-network with MetLife, Cigna, and Assurant/Sun Life.
Insurance benefits vary by plan, and coverage is not guaranteed. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and provide estimates so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Mastercard
• Discover
• Cash
• Personal checks

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

Flexible Financing Options

To help make dental treatment more manageable, we offer third-party financing options through Sunbit® and CareCredit®.

Sunbit®

Sunbit offers simple, transparent payment plans with fast approvals using a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score. Approved patients may qualify for 3, 6, 9, or 12-month payment plans at 0% interest, with longer-term options available that may include finance charges. All payment amounts and terms are clearly disclosed at the time of approval.

CareCredit®

CareCredit allows approved patients to finance dental treatment with flexible payment plans, which may include promotional interest-free options when paid according to the agreed terms. CareCredit can be used for a wide range of dental services and is managed directly through the CareCredit platform.

Approval, terms, and repayment schedules for both financing options are determined by the financing provider.

In-House Membership Savings Plans

For patients without dental insuranceor those looking for additional savingswe offer in-house membership plans starting at $275 per year.

Our membership plans are designed to make preventive care affordable and predictable and typically include:

• Routine exams and cleanings
• Standard dental X-rays
• Exclusive member discounts on additional treatments
• Membership plans are paid annually and do not require insurance, deductibles, waiting periods, or claim forms.
